WIRELESS SECURITIES TRADING SYSTEM (Easi-Link)

Easi-Link - Easi-Link Network Limited (Easi-Link) of Hong Kong, executed a cooperative service agreement with China Guotai Jun'an Securities Co., Ltd. (Guotai) in early 2000, the overall second largest securities firm in China with 15% market share. Brighton additionally executed a similar service agreement with China Southern Securities Co., Limited (Southern Securities) in March 2000, the third largest securities firm for trading value category in China. These two securities firms would serve as the securities clearance and related customer service partners. Easi-Link will provide securities trading on wireless cellular phone networks for the securities industry. The networked system was successfully implemented in Shenzhen area, and the system is in the process to be expanded into multiple cities in China. Easi-Link generates revenues from customer subscription service fees.

In order to accomplish the task in making rapid entry and access into a large and expanding market, Easi-Link will strategically leverage off its cooperation relationships with its partners and alliances to penetrate the targeted market effectively and efficiently. The referenced business partnerships, strategic alliances and contractual relationships will provide Easi-Link with rapid access to targeted markets and timely capacity to serve our customers. In addition, the business partners will provide the on-line trading service with the necessary business and financial information to make service attractive to both sophisticated and novice investors interested in the Chinese securities markets.
