Telecom Services
- China Communications Corporation Limited (ChinaComm) is a
subsidiary of Brighton. ChinaComm is designed to provide
telecommunication services for the international data
transmission traffic in-and-out of the Chinese markets.
Specifically, ChinaComm offers the termination service,
international data transmission traffic into China and the
origination service, international data transmission traffic out
from China. ChinaComm functions as a virtual telecommunications
network operator. ChinaComm invests in the network equipment in
various system hub cities and leases the network transmission
bandwidth capacity (Leased lines) from a number of Telecom
operators. ChinaComm successfully launched the referred
services.

Wireless
Securities Trading System - Brighton and its affiliated company,
Easi-Link Network Limited (Easi-Link) of Hong Kong, executed a
cooperative service agreement with Guotai Jun'an Securities Co.,
Limited (Guotai) of China in early 2000. Guotai is the largest
securities firm in China with 127 branch offices throughout
China. In addition, Easi-Link executed another similar agreement
with China Southern Securities Co., Limited in March 2000, and
the second largest securities firm in China in terms of
securities trading volume.

Wireless Network
for Banks - Brighton signed a number of contracts to install the
radio frequency based wireless networked telecommunication
system for the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). The
systems are utilized to link all ICBC branches and operating
stations within these cities as its private network for
operations such as data transfer, ATM linkage and credit card
processing, etc. The systems are linked to other similar systems
within the ICBC's national network via satellite. Brighton
installed similar systems for Beijing, Chongqing, Urumuqi,
Shanyang and other city branches of ICBC. Brighton has been also
building similar wireless telecommunication systems for the
Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), China Construction Bank (CCB)
and the Postal Service Saving Bank of China (Green Bank).
