The
VERTIMASTER series is designed as a vertical mill / turn centre for turning,
boring, drilling, tapping and milling operations.
VERTIMASTER系列机床,其设计结构为立式铣/车中心,适用于车削、镗孔、钻孔、攻丝和铣削加工。
The basic
machine layout is a vertical turning lathe configuration with 2 CNC-controlled
axes and includes an automatic tool changer.

The upgrade package 1 and upgrade package 2 are optional items and can
be provided with extra charges.

The upgrade
package 1 includes an integrated boring- and milling spindle with a 52 kW ( 71
HP ) installed AC spindle drive and a CNC-controlled C axis ( table rotation ).
VERTIMASTER

The upgrade
package 2 includes in addition to package 1 a CNC-controlled linear Y-axis for
horizontal traverse of the portal, perpendicular to the X-axis. This provides
for the machining of work pieces on all sides in the milling mode.
VERTIMASTER type: VMG

The
extremely stiff machine base made of strong welding steel is anchored to the machine foundation via machine fixators. All other
machine components are mounted on this base.

The machine table in casting design with heavy ribbing
is supported by a hydrostatic bearing design (acc. to
the principle pump per pocket) in the machine base. The table surface is executed with radial T-slots ( 28 mm
width ) and 4 pcs. top mounted jaw boxes independent adjustable by hand. There are total number of six (6) hydrostatic pockets.
This provides excellent true running capabilities and superior surface
finishing capacity. Thus the table bearing does not wear with use and
guarantees constant table accuracies for the full life time of the machine. The
table run out is provided by a preloaded, double row precision cylindrical
roller bearing. With an additional axial thrust bearing, both the thrust and
radial bearings are preloaded individually.

Main drive 主轴驱动 |

The machine
table is driven by two AC spindle drives,
providing one gear step, with pinion gears engaged to the bull gear ring. The connection between motor
shaft and pinion is taken by preloaded and adjustable brandmark Mannesmann-Rexroth tooth-chains. The two AC digital
drive motors are controlled in master-slave-mode,
thus adding both motors power. With this system the table speed can be
controlled from zero up to the maximum speed without any mechanical shifting
gear mechanism. The spindle motors, each equipped with a speed reduction gear
box in compact design, are directly mounted to the machine base.

The double
column machine portal integrates a movable cross rail and is constructed as a
rigid, vibration dampening casting. Sidely as well as from the top the columns
are strong connected with the machine base. At the top, both columns are connected
by a strong, large volume tie bar which achieves a high transverse rigidity for
the machine frame. Located at the front of each column are two guide rails with
gibs, for the accurate and rigid guidance and clamping of the movable cross
rail.

The cross
rail in rigid dampening casting design is vertically guided and clamped on the
rails at both columns from the rearside.

The cross
rail movement is achieved by two synchronized drives via pre-loaded ballscrews
without steps.
横梁由两个同步驱动器,借助于预紧滚珠丝杠驱动,为无级的连续移动。
A linear
scale is mounted at each column to secure the parallelism of the crossrail in
any position to the table top

The
clamping of the crossrail is actuated by a total of eight (8) spring loaded
clamping cylinders, with hydraulic release.

The freely
selectable cross rail positions are programmable and the clamping / unclamping
cycle is automatically performed.
横梁的位置可通过编程自由选择,并且卡紧和放松循环也可自动实现。
Located at
the front side of the cross rail are the guide rails for the X-axis (ram) slide,
with hydrostatic guiding. These box type rails and the preloaded ballscrews
with digital AC motor and drive are protected by telescopic steel covers on
both sides of the ram saddle.

The
headstock consists of a slide with hydrostatic guiding for the X-axis and a
vertically mounted ram housing with hydrostatic guiding for the vertical guided
rectangular ram ( Z-axis ).

A high
dynamic machine stiffness is achieved by the all sided, hydrostatic guidance
system in combination with the generously dimensioned guidance length and width
as well as by the rectangular ram design.

The
accuracy of the machine is maintained even under the highest machining loads
for the lifetime of the machine. The ram drive system for the vertical traverse
of the Z-axis is designed using a ball screw with pre-loaded double nut and
digital AC motor. For positional feed back of both axes linear pressurised
scales from Heidenhain are installed.

This enclosure has a wall height of approx. 1400 mm above floor.

At the bottom of the ram the tool holders are clamped
after pick up mode from the magazine.
刀套从刀库中选取之后,被卡紧在滑枕的底部。
The standard tool holders are picked up from the tool
magazine located at the right machine side and clamped via a hydraulic clamping
system with mechanical self locking to the ram.

The tool requested can be selected via CNC subprogram
or manually.

The disc type design magazine is directly mounted at
the crossrail and therewith follows the movement of the crossrail ( W-axis ).
Rotary indexing of the magazine disc positions the selected toolholder into the
exchange position.

The whole magazine is covered by metal sheets with a
pneumatic opening door passing the ram for pick-up-work.

Located at both sides of the table in Y-direction are
two chip conveyors. These transport chips to a cross conveyor and drop off
outside the enclosure into a container located below floor level provided by
the customer.

Coolant attachment

As standard, the machine is equipped with a coolant
unit and tank.
The coolant is pumped from the coolant tank through
the installed piping and hoses as well as through the ram to the ram face. It
is then collected by the machine enclosure and guided back to the coolant
reservoir via the swarf channels.

Pre-acceptance at SCHIESS works

The
preliminary acceptance of the
machine is performed about 2 weeks before the contracted machine shipment date.

SCHIESS will invite the customer in time to the preliminary acceptance.

The final acceptance is
performed directly after the completed installation and start up at the
customers plant.

The volume of this acceptance is identical to the pre-acceptance already
performed at the SCHIESS factory, but without limitation of the rough cutting
test.

A final acceptance protocol will be signed by both parties, confirming
the start of warranty period.

Conditions

Foundation parts must be set and cast in or doweled by
the customer.
用户必须设置安装好地基组件。
·
Machine unloading, unpacking, cleaning and rigging on
site is to be supplied by the customer.
由用户在现场卸货,开箱,清理和准备临时索具。

The work to be carried out by the customer must be
accomplished properly and in due time.
由用户承担的工作必须按要求及时完成。
·
A normal and uninterrupted installation and
commissioning must be guaranteed.
必须确保安装及调试工作正常进行并不被中断。
·
If these condition are not fulfilled, additional costs
will be charged.
如果这些条件不能满足,将产生额外费用。
Note: The installation of the machine in
a pit will result in a price supplement which can be quoted after having
clarified all technical details.
注:
机床在地坑中安装将产生附加费用,各技术参数确定后可报出此费用。
The time frame for the machine installation is
approx. 7 weeks.
In case the installation time is exceeded because
of customer related issues, the additional time will be charged to the customer
under separate invoice.
机床的安装时间约7周。如果因为用户的原因使安装时间延长,所延长时间的费用由用户承担。

Foundation 地基 |

In case of order we supply you with a confirmed
foundation-layout in a right time. 一旦获得此定单,我们将在合理的时间内向用户提供确定的地基图。 There you can find the execution of foundation
surface as well as the static and dynamic loads resulting out of the machine
configuration. 在地基图中将为用户提供地基表面的施工信息,以及静态及动态承重数据。 The necessary materials for setting the fixators as
cement, grouting compound or frames around the fixators are not part
of our scope of supply. 安装机床所需的材料如水泥、钢筋混凝土、紧固件等不在我方供货范围之内。 Auxiliaries like oils, greases, coolant and lubrication
liquids have to be provided by the customer. 辅助材料如油、润滑脂、冷却液和润滑液等由用户提供。 Furthermore the customer has to supply foundation
covers, gratings, chip passing sheets etc. which are not directly a part of
the machine and have to be fitted to the foundation. 此外,用户须提供地基覆盖物,格栅,切屑溜板等,这些均不直接属于机床的部件,但必须安置于地基上。 |
